• Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability to ensure a time that works well for both parties.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need. 

• All ongoing communication will be conducted through secure channels and email to maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times.
