Assumption of Risk

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use wellness and light therapy services responsibly
• Seek medical attention when appropriate

You understand that results vary and are not guaranteed.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Payments

• All services require advance scheduling.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing may change at any time.
• CPR classes may require a minimum number of participants; if a class is rescheduled, you will be notified promptly.

Intellectual Property
